Job Title: Cook

Specific Skills:

Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food; supervise kitchen staff and helpers; organize and manage buffets and banquets; order supplies and equipment; manage kitchen operations, inspect kitchens and food service areas, prepare food and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef; clean kitchen and work areas; maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment; prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods; plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies.


– Experience:

At least one year of East-Indian/Pakistani and Canadian style cooking experience

Job Title: Dishwasher

Position: Full-Time and Part-Time

Wage: $14.25/hour


Looking for an individual who has exceptional organizational skills, enthusiastic, team player, pays attention to detail and can lift at least15-20lbs.

Dishwasher duties include:

  • Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine
  • Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes
  • Clean, sanitize, and maintain dish machine
  • Unload dishes and utensils from dish machine and organize them properly
  • Empty trash containers regularly
  • Maintain a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as needed
  • Perform additional cleaning duties as requested
  • Clean food prep stations and equipment
  • Able to help Head Chef with prep work.
