Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Process supplier invoices and receiving, as required
- Coordinating product or service solutions by clarifying the customer’s issue; coordinating the sales and service departments to affect the correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Participate in other activities and assignments as necessary.
- Grade 12 equivalent
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit.
- Must be detail oriented, accurate, organized and able to multitask.
- Must be flexible and able to work in an environment that is constantly improving itself in an effort to satisfy the customer, which may include other non-departmental duties
- Microsoft Office software skills preferred.
